How many hours do I get the rental for?

All prices listed are up to 4 hours. Additional hours may be requested for an additional fee.

Is delivery and set up included the price and rental time? 

Delivery and set up IS included in package fees.

Rentals will be delivered and setup approximately 45 minutes - 2 hours before your rental start time. Breakdown of the equipment begins at the conclusion of your rental time. 

​

Example: Your rental is from 1:00pm - 4:30pm, we will be there before 1 to set up and will be there at 4:30pm to break down the equipment.

How is the equipment cleaned?

Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between every rental. Every item, down to the individual ball pit ball are washed so they are in the best condition when coming to you.

It is important that you follow our rules (no shoes, face paint, food/drink, glitter/confetti, pets etc) to help maintain cleanliness of our equipment. 

Who uses soft play?

Our soft play equipment is intended for ages 0-5. Keeping this rule allows your smallest party guest a space of their own to truly enjoy the party!

How can I prepare for my rental?

If an outside party/rental: ensure area is either grass or patio/cement. Please also make sure sprinkler systems are turned off and the yard is cleared (animal waste, rocks and branches). We will not set up on rocks.

 

If inside, ensure there is enough and adequate space for soft play equipment.

Why do I need a soft play zone?

Imagine a first birthday where the birthday baby actually gets their own space to interact and play? Soft play creates a safe space for your little explorers. We'd love to be a part of your special day!

Where do you service? 

Sunflower Soft Play services the greater Wichita metro area and surroundings. Delivery fee may vary depending on distance.
